The aim for the vibe is comfortable and cosy, but with luxe touches across the 245-square-metre booth-filled space, such as marble tops and stone.

The duo has snagged Sydney-based architect Tom Mark Henry and local construction crew Lowry Group to design and fit-out the venue, which is set to imbue Portside Wharf with a healthy dose of art de vivre.
